New technology in manufacturing floors will lead to more efficient production and will attract a newer, younger workforce that the industry has historically been lacking.

Be on the lookout for new types of manufacturing positions that blend job duties and place a higher emphasis on data collection and production fluidity. Advanced training can be done via SM’s applications so education can be done on the job — helping the employee to save time and the company to save money.
