1. Identify the critical Additive Manufacturing needs for Small and Medium-Sized Manufacturers (SMMs)
2. Provide SMMs awareness to the Additive Manufacturing capabilities to solve design and production challenges
3. Match SMMs with partners to provide workforce training and technical assistance
